
Springbrook Slow Cooker Ham
Heat on top of stove:
1 cup apple juice or cider
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon German mustard
Pour over a 2.5 lb ham (approximate weight) in a slow cooker. Season with salt and ground pepper as desired. Cook on high for one hour. Turn slow cooker to low and cook for another 6-8 hours. Cook until meat reaches an internal temperature of 70 degrees Celsius or until meat is tender enough to cut with a fork.
